Harvest Manitoba is a Canadian association founded in 1985. It serves as a provincial food bank, collecting and distributing food to people experiencing hardship across the province of Manitoba. Its work is rooted in solidarity and a commitment to equitable access to nutritious food.
Each year, Harvest Manitoba collects and distributes over 5,000 tons of healthy, nutritious food to Manitobans in need. In their Winnipeg warehouse, the team prepares “Harvest” hampers, which are then distributed to more than 83,000 people every month including hungry children, hard-working families, and adults facing serious hardship.
