WithAarya is an association founded in 2010 in India. Its mission is to create waves of kindness that embrace the most disadvantaged and help them feel safe. The organization works primarily with vulnerable individuals, especially families and patients in public hospitals, by providing them with concrete and compassionate support, including the distribution of meals.
The project implemented by WithAarya provides free meals across three centers in Mumbai and four additional centers outside the city, located in Amravati, Kalwa, Kolhapur, and Ratnagiri. The beneficiaries are underprivileged patients in public hospitals and their families.
In Mumbai alone, around 300 people benefit from daily distributions: 150 meals are served at lunch and 150 at dinner, at an average cost of €170 per day.
This project addresses a vital need for hospitalized families who often lack the financial means and logistical resources to feed themselves adequately during medical treatment.
